Grape and Wine Production at Lunardelli Farm
In the heart of the Veneto countryside, Lunardelli Farm is dedicated to producing authentic, high-quality wines rooted in tradition and a love for the land. The mild climate and mineral-rich soil provide the ideal conditions for growing native grape varieties that give life to two of our most beloved wines: Raboso del Piave and Verduzzo Friulano. These wines, born from passion and care, tell the story of our deep connection to the land—a bond that is reflected in the unique character of every bottle.
An Authentic Winemaking Tradition
At Lunardelli Farm, the foundation of our winemaking process goes beyond grape cultivation. We follow every step with artisanal methods that respect the nature of the vines and the grapes themselves, prioritizing quality over quantity. Thanks to passed-down knowledge and the adoption of modern techniques, we are able to produce wines that honor the traditions of the past while meeting the tastes of today. Each vintage carries a unique expression of the land, influenced by natural factors that make each bottle an authentic testament to our territory.
Native Grapes: Raboso del Piave and Verduzzo Friulano
Raboso del Piave: A Bold Red Wine
Raboso del Piave is a red wine with great personality, known for its strong and decisive character, reflecting the spirit of our region. This native variety, carefully cultivated in our vineyards, produces a robust and full-bodied wine with a deep color and aromas of red fruits, complemented by spicy notes and vibrant acidity. After harvesting, the Raboso grapes are carefully selected and fermented using techniques that enhance their structure while preserving their aromatic intensity. Raboso del Piave is a wine that ages beautifully, revealing more complex and intriguing nuances with each passing year.
Verduzzo Friulano: The Essence of White
On the other hand, Verduzzo Friulano represents the elegant and aromatic side of our winemaking. This dry and slightly sweet white wine is made from a grape that expresses freshness and smoothness, with floral and fruity aromas. It stands out for its versatility at the table, perfect both as an aperitif and paired with light, flavorful dishes. Thanks to manual harvesting and delicate fermentation, Verduzzo Friulano retains a lively freshness and pleasant acidity, making it an ideal choice for those seeking an elegant yet characterful wine.
